Hagvangur was founded in 1971 and based in Reykjavík, Iceland, with a strong international network. Hagvangur is Icelands oldest business consulting company.  Our consultants have various university degrees, in fields such as Psychology, Human Resource Management, Industrial & Organisational Psychology and Business Administration.

Hagvangur has worked with many of Icelands most prominent organizations on recruitment and selection, from multinational corporations and government bodies to small businesses.
